2004 MAZDA RX-8 231 PS SILVER
For sale I have my 2004 Mazda RX8 231 in metallic Sunlight Silver. The car has covered only 35000 miles and has a full service history, 2 (including the most recent) of the 4 services were at Mazda dealerships. I have the all of the old MOT certificates for the car as well as various receipts for Mazda parts including: anti roll bar link, coil ignition, gaskets, Catalytic converter & 2 engine mounts. The car has also had 4 new tyres in late Nov 09 (All Bridgestone Potenza’s as recommended by Mazda) The MOT is due this mth and i’ve booked it in for the 12th Feb – I expect it to pass with flying colours. Taxed until end Feb but I am prepared to put 6 mths on the car prior to selling. I have had protective grills fitted to the front of the car, to prevent stones damaging the radiator and these also protect the air-con unit. The car has been correctly looked after, never over-revved until warm and never switched off when cold. (Vital for a rotary engine) The car should also be red-lined at least once every journey to prevent carbon build up and to ensure proper lubrication of the rotor tips. I check the oil & coolant levels every week, and to my wife’s disgust i’ve been known to spend up to 10 hrs cleaning it!! The car is in an immaculate condition inside and out as seen from the pics. The Alloy wheels are a little corroded at the back, but not on the face of them. The car is very high spec and guarenteed to put a smile on the face of anyone who drives it! The car has recently had a new modernised coolant bottle due to a faulty sensor with the old bottle – a common fault. It also has had a new radiator in Dec 09, as the fault with the coolant bottle created a problem with the radiator. I am very reluctant to sell as it’s my pride and joy but my wife is convincing me to start a family and as a result the car no longer fits our needs. VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. No time wasters. For insurance purposes I will carry out any test drives to demonstrate the car’s performance. Hi and Thanks for Looking. Up for Auction is this Awesome Toyota Mr2 T-Bar, which is a 5 speed manual and looks remarkably like an Italian Super Car. I bought this car a couple of years ago with a friend as a project and we were going to add a few finishing touches but never got round to it. This is no ordinary Mr2 conversion as this one has the 3.0 Engine Conversion at a cost of £2500. I believe it is one of only a few in the UK. It sounds more like the car that it is imitating and roars unlike the usual 2.0 purr. It is a 1997 Model and benefits from an excellent private number plate which is included with the car. (It has to be worth £1500 on its own) HBZ 355. The Interior: Cream and black leather seats with matching cream door cards and also has some cream leather bits. Sony Cd player with input for that all important i pod. Silver 355 dials in the dashboard. Electric windows remote central locking toad alarm and |Immobiliser. Exterior: Full Bad 355 body kit with correct height headlights. 355 mirrors (Not fitted) Original Ferrari decals, stickers and chrome badges. Red fibre glass roof panel to create correct Targa roof. (Not fitted) New custom made sports exhaust. with Cat. (plus spare magnex exhaust) Image split rim Alloys, custom made with a polished finish with nearly new tyres. It has been Mot’d every year and had to have a catalytic converter put on, which to be honest quietened it down and really reduced the power, so I would recommend removing it again. The car has probably not done a 2000 miles since I bought it, Have a look at this site for lot more information and pictures. There is much more about the car than I can possibly type but please feel free to ask any sensible questions. This car, finished to the high spec it deserves could reach £20,000, but I have to let it go as I have no time and really need the space that it’s taking up in the garage. If the car makes Enough money it will come with a brand new MOT and it is taxed until the end of March. Now what I would call the bad bits: The new roof panel and mirrors need fitting as they have been bought since I have owned it, but it still has the original glass roof and mirrors fitted. Body work would benefit from some paintwork, I have a very good friend who could paint the whole car and fit the mirrors and roof for £1500, but I didn’t get it done as it would have only sat in the garage getting marked by the pesky kids! The Leather interior is in good condition but is a little grubby (to be picky) Wheels could do with a little attention and cleaning. This a no Reserve Auction so Bid to Buy!! This car drives like a brand new car and has 16 months Nissan dealer warranty which will be transfered to the new buyer free of charge.
